About

From code and business to leadership.

I started building websites and later worked as a Java developer. Along the way, I also founded and ran Transolita, a logistics company. Running a business taught me to make decisions and look beyond a single task or project.

I joined IBM in 2018 as a developer and gradually moved into project management, career development and supporting teams. Since 2024, I have also been teaching a Java course at Vilnius Business College. It lets me share my experience while learning how to explain complex ideas more clearly.

I lead IT projects, working with teams to plan work, agree on priorities and resolve blockers. I help set realistic goals and keep progress clear.

As a People Manager, I discuss career goals, development opportunities and feedback with colleagues. As a Scrum Master, I help teams improve how they work and collaborate.

I joined IBM as a Full Stack Developer. That experience still helps me discuss technical decisions and assess the scope of development work.

Java Lecturer

I teach Java programming, helping students understand the principles, solve practical problems and turn theory into working code. I also share lessons from working in software teams.

AI & curiosity

Learning by trying things.

I'm interested in how technology changes what we can do ourselves. I use ChatGPT, Claude and IBM Bob to learn, explore code, test ideas and find simpler ways to get things done. They help me get to grips with new topics, improve my skills and keep up with change.

AI is useful both at work and in everyday life, from organising information to automating routine tasks. I want to understand the proposed solution, check it and adapt it to the situation.
